This app helps you find, view and download scanned Mouza maps of Bangladesh and measure land plots on them. It is built to work without collecting anything about you. This policy explains what the app does with information, in plain words. This is the same policy the app shows in Settings › Privacy policy.
01 The short version
- No account, no sign-in, no registration.
- We do not collect, store or sell any personal information.
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no crash reporting.
- Your maps, plots and measurements stay on your phone.
- The app never asks for your location, contacts, camera, microphone or phone number.
02 What stays on your phone
- Maps you open: a copy of each map you open for measuring is kept in the app's private storage, with the plots you draw, their names (for example dag numbers), the scale you set and your settings such as the language.
- Downloaded maps: maps you download are saved in your phone's Downloads folder, under "Mouza Plot", where you and other apps can see them. The app keeps a list of what you downloaded so you can open those maps again.
- Previews: a map you preview is kept for a while in the app's cache (at most 300 MB), so looking at it again or downloading it needs no second transfer. Android may clear this cache at any time.
None of this is sent to us or to anyone else.
03 When the app uses the internet
Only to browse and download maps. When you open a folder, preview a map or download one, the app asks the public server that hosts the scanned maps for that folder or file. That server is not run by us. Like any website, it receives the technical details every internet request carries: your IP address, the time, what was asked for, and the app's name and version. The app sends nothing else: no identifiers, no location, no information about you or your plots.
Measuring works without internet.
04 Sharing and exporting
A PDF report or DXF file is created only when you ask for one. It goes only where you choose, for example a folder you pick, WhatsApp or e-mail. After that, the app you shared it with handles it under its own privacy policy.
05 Permissions
- Internet and network state: to list and download maps, and to check for Wi-Fi before a large download.
- Notifications: to show download progress and completion. You can refuse; downloads still work.
- Foreground service (data sync): so a long folder download can continue with the screen off.
- Storage (Android 8 and 9 only): to save downloaded maps in the Downloads folder. Newer Android versions need no storage permission.
06 Backup
If Android backup is turned on for your phone, Android may include this app's data (your maps list, plots and settings) in your phone's backup to your own Google account. This is controlled by your phone's settings, not by us, and we cannot see it.
07 Deleting your data
- Delete a map or plot inside the app.
- Remove downloaded maps from the Downloads/Mouza Plot folder with any file manager.
- Clear everything: Settings > Apps > Mouza Plot > Storage > Clear data, or uninstall the app. Downloaded maps in the Downloads folder stay until you delete them.
08 Children
The app is a general tool for landowners, buyers and professionals. It is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone.
09 About the maps
Mouza Plot & Measure BD is an independent app. It is not made by, or connected with, the Government of Bangladesh or any land office. The maps are publicly available scans of government Mouza maps prepared by the Directorate of Land Records and Surveys (DLRS). Measurements from a scanned map are estimates and do not replace an official survey, a certified map or your land documents.
10 Changes
If the app ever adds something that handles information differently, such as advertising or paid subscriptions, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.

এই অ্যাপ দিয়ে বাংলাদেশের স্ক্যান করা মৌজা ম্যাপ খোঁজা, দেখা ও ডাউনলোড করা যায়, আর ম্যাপে জমির দাগ মাপা যায়। আপনার সম্পর্কে কোনো তথ্য সংগ্রহ না করেই অ্যাপটি কাজ করে। তথ্য নিয়ে অ্যাপটি কী করে, এই নীতিতে তা সহজ ভাষায় বলা হলো।
01 সংক্ষেপে
- কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট, লগইন বা নিবন্ধন নেই।
- আমরা কোনো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, সংরক্ষণ বা বিক্রি করি না।
- কোনো অ্যানালিটিক্স, ট্র্যাকিং, বিজ্ঞাপন বা ক্র্যাশ রিপোর্টিং নেই।
- আপনার ম্যাপ, প্লট ও মাপ আপনার ফোনেই থাকে।
- অ্যাপটি কখনো আপনার লোকেশন, কন্টাক্ট, ক্যামেরা, মাইক্রোফোন বা ফোন নম্বর চায় না।
02 যা আপনার ফোনে থাকে
- যে ম্যাপ খোলেন: মাপার জন্য খোলা প্রতিটি ম্যাপের একটি কপি অ্যাপের নিজস্ব স্টোরেজে থাকে, সাথে আপনার আঁকা প্লট, সেগুলোর নাম (যেমন দাগ নম্বর), আপনার ঠিক করা স্কেল এবং ভাষার মতো সেটিংস।
- ডাউনলোড করা ম্যাপ: আপনার ফোনের Downloads ফোল্ডারের "Mouza Plot" ফোল্ডারে সেভ হয়, যা আপনি ও অন্য অ্যাপ দেখতে পারে। ম্যাপগুলো আবার খুলতে সুবিধার জন্য অ্যাপটি ডাউনলোডের একটি তালিকা রাখে।
- প্রিভিউ: যে ম্যাপ প্রিভিউ করেন তা কিছু সময় অ্যাপের ক্যাশে থাকে (সর্বোচ্চ ৩০০ MB), যাতে আবার দেখতে বা ডাউনলোড করতে দ্বিতীয়বার আনতে না হয়। অ্যান্ড্রয়েড যেকোনো সময় এই ক্যাশ মুছে দিতে পারে।
এর কিছুই আমাদের বা অন্য কারো কাছে পাঠানো হয় না।
03 অ্যাপ কখন ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করে
শুধু ম্যাপ খোঁজা ও ডাউনলোডের জন্য। কোনো ফোল্ডার খুললে, ম্যাপ প্রিভিউ বা ডাউনলোড করলে অ্যাপটি স্ক্যান করা ম্যাপ রাখা পাবলিক সার্ভার থেকে সেই ফোল্ডার বা ফাইল চায়। সার্ভারটি আমাদের পরিচালিত নয়। যেকোনো ওয়েবসাইটের মতো, প্রতিটি ইন্টারনেট অনুরোধের সাথে যাওয়া সাধারণ কারিগরি তথ্য সেটি পায়: আপনার আইপি ঠিকানা, সময়, কী চাওয়া হলো, আর অ্যাপের নাম ও সংস্করণ। এর বাইরে অ্যাপটি কিছুই পাঠায় না: কোনো শনাক্তকারী, লোকেশন, আপনার বা আপনার প্লটের কোনো তথ্য নয়।
মাপার কাজে ইন্টারনেট লাগে না।
04 শেয়ার ও এক্সপোর্ট
PDF রিপোর্ট বা DXF ফাইল কেবল আপনি চাইলেই তৈরি হয়, এবং কেবল আপনার বেছে নেওয়া জায়গায় যায়, যেমন আপনার বাছাই করা ফোল্ডার, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বা ইমেইল। এরপর যে অ্যাপে শেয়ার করলেন, সেটি তার নিজের গোপনীয়তা নীতি অনুযায়ী ফাইলটি সামলায়।
05 অনুমতি
- ইন্টারনেট ও নেটওয়ার্ক অবস্থা: ম্যাপ খোঁজা ও ডাউনলোডের জন্য, আর বড় ডাউনলোডের আগে ওয়াই-ফাই আছে কিনা দেখতে।
- নোটিফিকেশন: ডাউনলোডের অগ্রগতি ও শেষ হওয়া দেখাতে। না দিলেও ডাউনলোড চলে।
- ফোরগ্রাউন্ড সার্ভিস (ডেটা সিঙ্ক): স্ক্রিন বন্ধ থাকলেও বড় ফোল্ডার ডাউনলোড চালিয়ে যেতে।
- স্টোরেজ (শুধু অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ৮ ও ৯): Downloads ফোল্ডারে ম্যাপ সেভ করতে। নতুন অ্যান্ড্রয়েডে স্টোরেজ অনুমতি লাগে না।
06 ব্যাকআপ
আপনার ফোনে অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ব্যাকআপ চালু থাকলে, অ্যান্ড্রয়েড এই অ্যাপের ডেটা (ম্যাপের তালিকা, প্লট ও সেটিংস) আপনার নিজের গুগল অ্যাকাউন্টের ব্যাকআপে রাখতে পারে। এটি আপনার ফোনের সেটিংস দিয়ে নিয়ন্ত্রিত, আমাদের দিয়ে নয়, আর আমরা তা দেখতে পাই না।
07 আপনার ডেটা মোছা
- অ্যাপের ভেতরে ম্যাপ বা প্লট মুছে ফেলুন।
- যেকোনো ফাইল ম্যানেজার দিয়ে Downloads/Mouza Plot ফোল্ডার থেকে ডাউনলোড করা ম্যাপ মুছুন।
- সব মুছতে: সেটিংস > অ্যাপস > মৌজা প্লট > স্টোরেজ > ডেটা মুছুন, অথবা অ্যাপটি আনইনস্টল করুন। Downloads ফোল্ডারের ম্যাপ আপনি না মোছা পর্যন্ত থেকে যায়।
08 শিশু
অ্যাপটি জমির মালিক, ক্রেতা ও পেশাজীবীদের জন্য একটি সাধারণ টুল। এটি শিশুদের উদ্দেশ্যে তৈরি নয় এবং কারো কাছ থেকেই কোনো তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে না।
09 ম্যাপ সম্পর্কে
মৌজা প্লট ও পরিমাপ বিডি একটি স্বাধীন অ্যাপ। এটি বাংলাদেশ সরকার বা কোনো ভূমি অফিসের তৈরি নয়, তাদের সাথে সম্পর্কিতও নয়। ম্যাপগুলো ভূমি রেকর্ড ও জরিপ অধিদপ্তরের (DLRS) তৈরি সরকারি মৌজা ম্যাপের জনসাধারণের জন্য উন্মুক্ত স্ক্যান কপি। স্ক্যান করা ম্যাপ থেকে পাওয়া মাপ আনুমানিক, এবং তা সরকারি জরিপ, সত্যায়িত নকশা বা আপনার দলিলের বিকল্প নয়।
10 পরিবর্তন
ভবিষ্যতে অ্যাপে যদি এমন কিছু যোগ হয় যা তথ্য অন্যভাবে ব্যবহার করে, যেমন বিজ্ঞাপন বা পেইড সাবস্ক্রিপশন, তবে সেই সংস্করণ প্রকাশের আগেই এই নীতি হালনাগাদ করা হবে এবং ওপরের তারিখ বদলাবে।
